I'm nonbinary and strongly suspect I have PCOS; my endo seemed to agree but didn't formally diagnose or do any tests because I'm not interested in fertility. I'm also on T but tested with a "low male-range T level" before I even started. I talked about a lot of identity-related fears with the person who gave me a gender dysphoria diagnosis so I could access T. If any fellow nb people wanna talk about their feelings wrt transness and PCOS, my ask box is open.

Even if you don't believe in the humanity of people being reason enough not to attack them and encourage fears about them, or you don't see the parallels between ISIS and the KKK being extremist sects of a religion: an ISIS goal is to encourage Islamophobia in the west so that Muslims will be driven to "escape persecution from the crusader governments and citizens" and join ISIS. People who are fearmongering and committing Islamophobic attacks are literally playing into their plans.

also: a reminder that the blood donation policy is transphobic and transmisogynist as hell because it is usually applied to trans ppl as if they were gay men, especially trans women of all sexualities but also including nonbinary ppl and trans men.

Really important, for your anon who said they'd arrive late at the BC polling station: you are allowed three consecutive hours off to vote EVEN IF you work outside your riding! The only way you aren't is if ALL of the following conditions are met: you work for a company that transports goods or passengers by air, land, or water; you're employed outside your riding; you're employed in the operation of a means of transportation; AND you can't get time off without interfering with operations.

Hello -- your young people and voting survey doesn't include an "other" option for gender, so I can't take it. Otherwise, I'd love to. Some surveys have a fill-in-the-blank option for gender; some have "male, female, other", some use "male, female, nonbinary", some use "male, female, other/don't wish to disclose" -- there are lots of ways of recording this data. The only option to avoid is "male, female, transgender". Thanks.

Im so so sorry about that, i probably shouldve said something in the description, as some who is nb myself, it really hurt when my teacher made me take out the other/does not wish to disclose option. He said some bullshit about how too many people will use it as a joke and i just abt puked all over him :( The best i could do was remove the required mark from the question :( Again, i am so so so terribly sorry, and I totally understand not taking the survey because of it. Aw, thank you! In that picture, me and Aquariadise had went up onto a walkway while dirtybrian was away for a moment. We were above and they walked beneath but didn’t hear me calling down to them (we’re both HoH). So then, I turned to Aquariadise and was like, “I’m going to boop.” Dirtybrian and I have, over the years, devised a system of boops and other sounds that are oftentimes quicker to hear and interpret over speech.

So, of course, the moment I booped, dirtybrian look right up at me, which was when that pic was taken, haha.
