I hate that that + Moriarty and Sherlock baiting on the roof are the moments people are talking about the most but I can't say I'm surprised :

i'm like 30 minutes in rn because i dont' know how to watch things in one sitting, but thus far i enjoy john beating the living hell out of sherlock because let's be real the bastard deserves it, and lestrade hugging sherlock because. i like lestrade.

okay so random thought because I had your post about the Sara Bareilles bookmarked and just got around to watching it: I volunteered with the Obama campaign last Oct/Nov and she showed up to my university to help us give people rides to the polls who couldn't get there otherwise. She promised to talk to fans after but said this needed to get done first. And I got to spend a little time with her afterward and she is my boyfriend's ultimate celebrity crush and I don't think he's ever forgiven me.

yeah like!! right after reading tfios i googled an imperial affliction and i was like wha??? but the thing was i was just iffy enough to wonder if it was real so i did google it

with NMH, i didn't google them or anything, i just assumed they were fictional. and then i was on tumblr i think and holland 1945 by neutral milk hotel was on my dash and i was like "oh look so cool a fan of wgwg made this into a real song" and then i listened to it and i was like "wait..........." and??? they were an actual band??????

I'm sentimental. I'll try to make this short. This has been a hard year for a lot of us, but there have also been some really really great moments that I wouldn't trade for anything. I have some really fucking amazing friends and I am proud and grateful to have gotten a chance to grow my friendships with them over this past year, and I am so grateful to have not only made a friend in Jake, but also gotten to meet him in person at Chicon. I had no idea when we started talking how important he would become to me. Deb and Evey, I met you both near the end of last year, but this whole year with you guys has been the best thing. And of course all of the other lovely people I've been lucky enough to talk to this year, including Holly and Vivian.

All of you have helped me through so much crap, thank you. 

I love you guys. Happy New Year :)

I hope next year has a whole lot less emotional crap and a whole lot more bliss for the lot of us.
