BUT. The chapter 5 was so good. The angst D; (Yeah i love Sergio and yeah i love that the fact that he’s being a b*, come on all the drama it gives)

SUSPICION. That was the only thing on Connor’s mind the whole time since the disappearance of Rebecca. Things weren’t adding up, the three people that were saying to trust them weren’t making sense anymore. Connor was on the verge of completely losing it---again. Every time he asked questions, the subject was avoided and changed. He didn’t know whether to be confused or just angry. Pacing up and down the hallway, he allowed both hands to rest on the top of his head and slowly push through his hair, taking a small grip occasionally. Finally gathering the strength, he approached the double doors and balled a fist, giving the wood a somewhat gentle knock.

                                            “ I know someone’s in there. Open up, please. ”

The five students had yet to figure out who Frank was and/or why he was at the firm if he wasn’t a lawyer but it’d become a usual thing to have him around during case discussions. They were going through some computer evidence obtained via Oliver and apparently there were some errors in the code, or something. Connor didn’t know shit about computers but then somehow the blame shifted to Connor’s ex-boyfriend; assumptions about Oliver fucking up and retrieving the wrong information. For one, Oliver wasn’t obligated to do anything for them. Second, no one talks about Oliver. You could say whatever to Connor but the ex-boyfriend is off limits. The law student, stood up, slamming the case file on the desk beside him. “Fuck you!” He said to Frank. If he wanted the evidence, he could get it himself.

"Well, thank God I’m good looking." The older man said dryly, rolling his eyes at the young man. "They’re going to benefit from our harshness one day. It’s tough being a lawyer. You have to have a thick skin. A lot worse than just the real world’s usual problems. Whatever. What’s your professor’s name, so I can make a note for once you get this crap done."

     "You know Kelley Ward?" He pulls out a phone, starts tapping things out. "Just let him know you'd be stopping by. I'll give you his number -- since I won't start without at least a confirmation that he's heard from you." The look he gives Frank is closer to unimpressed. "Make a note for me once I'm done? Come on."
