Haven't been on here in forever. Last couple of years was a Rollercoaster ride. Finally settled with insurance on my car accident and spine injury.
Last January, I shattered my leg walking on flat ground , due to insurance denying the fusing of my ankle a few years back. Required reconstruction.
This year I closed on a 62 acre farm in Missouri near the Mark Twain National Forrest.
Have a bunch of cool rocks I'm going to post that I purchased at a pow wow. My best friend is Mashantuckett Pequot and his tribe land was an amazing trip. Took him home for the green corn festival. Here a couple of the buys and some displays of turquoise and wampum jewelry from the pow wow.
When my leg exploded, it went 180° backwards and now has even more paralysis, but the scar tissue and titanium from the surgery has actually given me some stability back.
I have to get this farm built and accessible before the leg explodes again or quits working all together.
But things have started turning for the better in general thanks to the pile of money they owed us for parking a fuel tanker on the Jeep.
I guess I'd trade 3 of my lumbar discs for a farm. Not that I got a choice...
Also found these handmade Damascus knives from a native craftsman at a recent gun and knife show. Couldn't pass on them , too pretty, well built too.
