Rules regarding our discord server, (which anyone can now join!):
Treat others with respect, please! if you display improper behavior the mods will not hesitate to block you!
Please do not treat the server as a way to ask about your own personal auditions/submissions. Use the danganvoice blog’s inbox for those questions.
Please avoid discussing the topic of fictionkin.
No spam. Pictures, text, anything.
Do NOT talk about NDRv3 spoilers in any channel besides #spoilers-chat.
No nsfw of any kind. There will be minors in the server, so just don’t do it.
No character hate. It’s alright to express opinions, just don’t openly express hatred for a character. Don’t be that guy.
Please, no pictures of food, bugs, cutting (not limited to self-harm), needles, or strange-looking sea life of any kind.
Do not sing (karaoke) in any voice channel but the Karaoke Bar channel.
We will not tolerate manipulative behavior from any of our members. Please keep in mind that any infractions of this expectation will lead to you being muted from the server or disinvited from the blog entirely.
Discussion of self-made projects or other works aside from Danganvoice are to be kept in #self-promo.
Editing your nickname is fine, but if you are a Voice Actor, please keep the name of your voice(s) in parentheses at the end of your nickname. Mods reserve the right to edit it for you if this is not the case.
Please keep all venting and speak of depression in the #vent channel. Ask a mod if you would like access.
[For the danganvoice team] Deadlines:
Script writers must claim at least one request every two weeks.
Once script writers have been assigned a request, they will have five days to complete the script.
If the request includes 4+ characters, they will have 7 days.
Once a script becomes available to voice actors, they will have 5 days to send their audio to Mod Kaede.
Mod Kaede will edit/post the audio within two days of receiving everything
We will excuse actors and scriptwriters for extenuating circumstances such as exams, losing their voice, etc, but they must let the mods know as soon as possible if they will have trouble meeting a deadline.
When a deadline is missed:
It’s basically three strikes and you’re out. If you miss a deadline, you get strike #1.
If you still don’t have your stuff (audio/scripts) in twenty four hours after you receive your first strike, you receive a warning from us and a second strike.
If it’s still not in 24 hours after the second strike, you receive a third strike and will be removed from your role.
You are exempt from this only if you have told us of your extenuating circumstances through private messages and before your deadline (when possible).
Hiatus rules:
In extreme situations, team members may go on hiatus, but it may be no longer than 31 days (one month).
If a team member must be away for longer than that, they may be liable to be let go.
