Foundations of Pilatesstick
Thursday 8am June 5- June 26th
Let's go deeper into your practice or build a solid foundation for your Pilates practice. In this workshop we will learn the foundation of Pilates movements and the 6 principles of Pilates. Discover the beauty and passion Joe had for his work and helping bodies move freely without pain! Some Pilates experience is recommended. $60 for 4 weeks full hour class.
Tuesday 4-5pm June 3rd- July 1st | $55 for 5 weeks or $14 per class
New to Pilates? Build your Pilates knowledge from the Mat up. We will cover the basic's of Pilate's movements and principles to increase your confidence and strength in this. Each week you will progress and learn as Amanda Rhine teaches a workout focused on fundamentals. She pays special attention to the neck and the trunk and she makes sure to explain what you should feel in your body. Whether you are new or seasoned, this session will hold your attention and teach you how to self check as you learn your Pilates fundamentals.
Saturday 8am May24th-June 28th
