tbh, trans*ppl as transformers? pretty awesome! but sometimes we must make the phones learn.

Man, I don't have enough fingers to count the number of lgbtqa/feminism/radical-whatever terms I've had to enter in my phone (on top of the bloody US spellings cause apparently I can have fifteen different language options but I can't have CAN/UK freakin English).

But I did realize the fun aspects behind the auto-correct even as I was shaking my head. Sometimes my phone makes me laugh. Other times I want to throw it. Technology. *shrugs*

i’m a big fan of tampermonkey and the tag code i got for that. it only works on chrome and only works on tumblr and doesn’t affect other sites. but that’s just me. the click and drag never worked well for me.

Well it wasn't ideal, but it did the job. Didn't wanna go around downloading things on a comp that wasn't mine, lol. Not that I think she would've minded too much But for a one-time thing it wasn't worth it.

I'm in that same boat. There's a fine line between self effacing & modesty....

I'm basically starting to realize: don't be afraid to be yourself. Admit when life lessons are learned from books/movies/other/what-have-you, but also admit when they're just your own experiences. You're allowed to be older/experienced. You're allowed to pass on this experience, no matter your age. You're allowed to be wise without being "old". You're allowed to be smart/experienced without being "old" as well.

You don't have to be older to be a person. You're allowed to know things without being a parent/guardian. You don't have to consider yourself an adult (whether you are or aren't) to know things.

i’m lucky my mom does my taxes. but when i applied for unemployment, it was hell. i did remember to have them take out taxes on it, tho, which gave me a refund at the end of the year.

My taxes now go to my mum's accountant, where I never have to even look at them, and I only have to sign a couple things and that's it.

But yes, I'm freaking out a bit. Gonna go in and talk to them Monday and make sure everything was done properly. (You can get taxes taken off EI? I will talk to them about that too *plans*)

IT'S SO AWESOME. Coworker and I used to run around parks "drifting" together while loudly humming the theme song. I LOVE THIS MOVIE.

It really is the best. Ahh, I want to watch it again. Preferably somewhere I can cry. And I need to learn theme song. Soon (and I want your coworker).

Advisers are sometimes just barely out of school themselves & you’re capable of knowing more than them about your program. Been there. There’s always wiggle room with classes. There’s no reason to forget your dreams pursuing money that mayn’t matter.

Yes, this is something you should remember. You don't always know more, but if they tell you something that doesn't seem quite right, ask around. Ask your classmates, ask other teachers.

What's your fave crochet stitch? Coolest thing you've made? What's your weirdest hobby? Ps, you're cool. Can I be like you when I grow up?

My favorite stitch is the double crochet stitch because it makes granny squares and I love granny squares :) The coolest thing I've made has to be my Iron Man and Captain America gloves. I'm working on Hawkeye and Captain Marvel gloves.

My weirdest hobby? Streaming videos and video games for strangers on the internet :P Reading comic books. Making fanvids.
