Ponder Stibbons and Hex
Trying to figure out what all should go into a design for Hex took awhile and I still wish I'd put more in. Especially rereading Hogfather and just recently figuring out that that the sheep skull is a pun on RAM.

Every time I reread a handful of Discworld books, I’m more and more convinced that Hex is an extradimensional entity a la Moving Pictures, Soul Music, and/or the numerous, numinous other entities the wizards fought off in earlier books…except this time they accidentally tricked it into becoming somewhat human (by asking it to believe in the Hogfather), and ever since Hex has been protecting the Disc from other such invention-possessing entities, except for a couple it allows in (the press, the Iron Girder) with a Vetinari-esque policy of “you may do whatever so want so long as it’s according to my rules, and lo, we all prosper.”
here’s some things i’ve made over the last few months for the Discworld dnd game i’ve been running for friends. featuring odd mythical creatures, npcs, quest items for the party and so on.
feel free to use any of this stuff for your own adventures!
