Scumbag co-worker.

There’s a fucking scum bag at work who is overtly sexual in the break room which could be massively triggering to a survivor. He makes everyone uncomfortable. He makes my skin crawl and I feel physically sick around him.

So, I’ve thought about calling him out on his shit. But, I know what will happen if I do. He’ll laugh it off and continue ploughing through with his disgusting behavior.

So, what do I do? I email my boss, cc his boss in on the email, telling them both about how uncomfortable he makes everyone and about how inappropriate he is. What happens? He gets a written warning and he storms out of the office like a child, announcing he’s going home.
