I'll get around to posting about our 20th anniversary dinner at Quails Gate soon but right now you MUST see the porchetta sandwich that literally had me moaning. Oven roasted porchetta (yes, that crunchy brown bit in the front is crackling!) pickled red onion, gremolata. All roasted in a wood fired oven by the geniuses at Joie Farm. If I could live there I would have stayed forever.
