i was wondering when you paint your shoes what paint do you use? im trying to make some for my friend. and when the shoe gets wet after its all dry, does the paint smear?

I use Tulip soft paints, and I seal them after (I don't recall what brand I use, though) but I wouldn't really recommend wearing them in the rain anyway, just to be safe.
