-Disrupt Decorum
Hello so I was playing a 1v1 game of commander and I played Jace’s mindseeker. The only sorcery put in the graveyard was a card called Disrupt Decorum. If I play Disrupt decorum, does it attack me or the owner?
A creature can never attack its controller. That just doesn’t happen in black-bordered Magic.
When you goad a creature, you create two attacking requirements on the creature until your next turn: First of all, it has to attack each combat if able. Secondly, it has to attack another player if able.
In a situation where there are only two players left in the game, an opponent’s goaded creature won’t be able to fulfill that second requirement, but it will be able to fulfill the first requirement by attacking you or a planeswalker you control, so it must do so if able.
