Don't confuse disagreement with disrespect. You can literally disagree with someone's opinion while still respecting them.

Straight guys are lesbians because they like girls
Disagreeing with someone, and judging someone, are two different things.
You don't have to agree with someone to love them.
I hate when people complement me on something like my looks or my body and I don't agree. Like what am I supposed to say? Agree with them and pretend I actually like myself? Or disagree with them and sound like I'm looking for attention?
Most nights....
Noah: whatever never mind forget it Marly I just thought one day one damn day we would agree on something you wouldn’t fight me the whole time so I don’t care now
Me: I am not fighting Noah, i didnt even know this was an argument.
Noah: …
i have to go exercise now then I am going to bed , so since I wont see you tomorrow i guess ill talk to you when i come home
Me: thanks for making me feel like crap.
you have succeeded.
Noah : ok ill talk to you tomorrow goodnight Marly
Me: whatever,
goodnight
Urinals are gross. I don't want them in my bathrooms. If you want to use a urinal, use one. If not, don't. If anyone is trying to tell you which bathroom to use, they are the problem and also weird. Urinals v no urinals is a good alternative.
but my point is that urinals v no urinals invites transphobic comments and scrutiny. again, this is not a hypothetical, this is my direct experience. i understand that transphobic comments are the fault of the person making them, but the point is to design a space that increases comfort and safety rather than exposing women to additional shit.
