have a weird taste in my mouth about the latest antitcc propaganda from cnn, its a good thing i think to show people that being interested in true crime can be a "just a phase" for angry and disaffected teenagers. But i reject the idea that having fantasies about shooting up a school is some kind of new thing. people have been fantasizing about harming authority figures since the cave men. its not an uncommon feeling for a teenager who is angry or feels like an outcast by their community to seek out seek out another one with people who also feel that way. no matter how censored this community is there will always be people who have misplaced anger with nowhere to put it. theyll still journal threats just like how the perpetrators form the 50s did long before eric and dylan started vlogging.
