i have had several people tell me that i am really skinny but yet i do not believe them because i cannot see if for myself because the way i view myself is skewed by my thoughts. i reached out to one of my friends today and told him that i need to lose 20lbs. his response was one that i did not expect. he reacted and said “where are you going to lose 20lbs from? you have nowhere to lose it from”. i cannot see what everyone else can see because the more weight i lose i will never be satisfied.
