So both me and @isadraws13 have characters that are mad scientists that experiment on people, and the experiments that both the characters do are like, drastically different. So we thought it would be fun to take one of the victims of Kaden and make her a victim of Jeffrey.
Isa asked for some help designing her and of course I did, so this probably won't be her final design, for that you'll have to watch out for when Isa draws her.
