Why did I download Skyrim again, and why am I modding it to hell and back? My craptop won’t like this.

Ways to keep your concentration on high level
You have a very important exam coming soon and you feel like you can’t even read a line from your text book? Or you have a very important meeting with clients where you have to give yourself 100% and all you feel is emptiness in your brain. Here are a few advices that will help you boost your concentration and help you finish your tasks. Simple ways to keep your concentration on high level.
#1. Get rid of all distractions

It sounds super easy, but how often do you check your phone while you study or while you are at work. Social networks are time consuming and when you have a dead line checking your friends’ new photos or statuses will simply distract you and make you less concentrated. Remove any watches because time will create you panic. Remove the TV as well and also any other noise (radio or phone ringtones). Close the windows and focus.
#2. Eat healthy

It may sound weird, but there are foods that are stimulating your brain and it is a proven scientific fact. Eating more nuts, whole grains, broccoli, salmon, drinking green tea, eating sea fruits rich with omega 3 will make miracles to your memory and your brain power.
#3. Meditate

Don’t hesitate to sit down, hear your breathing and relax your mind from everyday stressful thoughts. Clear your thoughts, simply breathe and relax. Also, you can start practice yoga or Pilates, because those are also proven exercises that boost concentration.
#4. Make pauses

You will never fully finish a successful tasks if you keep going on and on without breaks. It will help you clear your brain and rest your eyes. In your breaks you can practice short meditation, eat or simply take a breath of fresh air.
#5. Create schedule

If you think you can’t make though your day if you don’t organize, create your own schedule and stick to it. Create the hours when you will work, when you will eat, when you will make break, when you will sleep etc. It might be very strict but once you get used to have a plan, it will be much easier for you. You will know when it is time for work and when for rest, and once your brain learns that habit, it will be no problem for you finish your daily tasks.
#6. Make Yourself Physically Comfortable

Sometimes we tend to skip sleeping in order to achieve more. But that is plain wrong. When we are tired not only we will not finish our errands and tasks, but we would do them poorly. As well as getting enough sleep, you’ll want to make sure you’re drinking enough water. Getting dehydrated will sap your concentration and your energy levels. Try to keep a bottle of water on your desk, so that you don’t need to keep getting up to refill a glass. Plus, keeping your water in a closed bottle has less chances to be knocked over which would lead to pouring over your keyboard and documents.
#7. Write Down What You’re Working On

This way would help you remember what you were supposed to do. For example write things like “Finish your task from yesterday” or “Don’t forget to respond to the last emails”. Your brain tends to memorize things better when you write them down. Whenever you get tempted to do something else, or when something “urgent” comes up, look down at your paper notes and remind yourself of what you’re doing.
#8. Chocolate

Or also known as the concentration food. Yes, the cocoa tends to “feed” the brain cells. Dark chocolate also has other powerful antioxidant properties, and it contains natural stimulants like caffeine, which can enhance focus. Of course don’t stuff yourself with chocolate, but every now and then you can treat yourself with it.
#9. Avoid multitasking

Seriously, this will help you do a better job. People tend to show off on how capable they are in multitasking, but the truth is, if you wish to finish a task successfully, focus on the task and don’t tend to multiply your job by focusing on other things. If you have to finish your homework, don’t tend to do another work like writing an essay for example.

Distractions: Roald Dahl and Jet-Lag Recovery
Mrs. Gloop: Don’t just stand there, do something! Willy Wonka: [unenthusiastically] Help. Police, Murder.
I’m a wee bit tired after just returning from a week in Berlin. I have some interesting books up my sleeve, but with my eyelids wanting to droop over at any given minute, they will have to wait. Instead, here is a Sunday distraction: How Much Do You Actually Know About Roald Dahl’s Books?I…

I need to start being more productive and push away these distractions. from working on my graphic novel again, and design the characters and writing their background...to finishing at last this EP...just lately i feel like, not unmotivated, but more just zoned out and worried.
I was talking to this spiritual acquaintance of mine, and she says the reason why i may feel low of energy is the lack of a companionship. That because since a child my spirit has been broken I need someone in my life to help me reclaim my self to a better me. Maybe she is right, who knows...I just know i have to get things done before its too late. For sure. Any advice or opinions would help.
I am happy to a degree, but i know I can accomplish much more than where i am at. I know it, i feel it...just...i need a boost i guess...
Goodbye 2013. Hello 2014.
As we leave 2013 behind, we look forward to a new year filled with promise.
2014 will bring with it everything you can imagine.
Distractions will come and go. Listen to them. Learn from them.
Doubt will creep in from time to time. Don’t let it stop you.
