Fab Feb Day 2 - Mohr Stories and Bar Method
Best Feb ever day two. I'm looking forward to listening to Mohr Stories this afternoon and making it to Bar Method. Fingers crossed.
Dinner last night at District Kitchen was great. Tried "The Gist" cocktail which was delish (but very slow in the crafting) then an arugela and cress salad with walnuts, dried apples and a blue cheese dressing. It was really nicely seasoned - very important in a salad. Then had a glass of cabernet and home-made pasta with a lamb chili. Great flavor, perfect with the wine and a nice small portion. Perfect. I can't wait to be a regular there.
Also - possibly my favorite bar stools of all time, they have backs and they swivel. I love it.
Fab Feb - Day 1 - No Meetings, District Kitchen
This is shaping up to be the best Feb ever. Lots of fun activities and visits.
Today my joy is that I have no meetings scheduled. Undoubtedly I have a 10 hour day in front of me but no meetings.
I've been dying to try district kitchen, tonight may be the night.
