Valencia is a bit on either side when it comes to getting along with her parents. She is rebellious by nature and the level of protection she grew up with made her feel stifled.
She loves her parents, but she also loves her freedom and is prone to sneaking out and giving her father's guards the slip. This always leads to fights, but they do all eventually settle back down.
