Authentic is the best gift you can give yourself and the world. . I was looking at some pictures early on in my Instagram journey and noticed how many filters I used. And I remembered my kids telling me that, "you're too old for Instagram". So to hide my age (43 at the time) I'd use filters to cover up the "real me". As I continued down my journey of sharing life I decreased the filters more & more. Why? Cause filters aren't the true me. And what was I so embarrassed by?
