Yesssssss Dessa's The Bullpen, this means I get to talk about the SKKS postcanon fic OF MY HEART AND SOUL in which Cho Seon takes on the role of Red Messenger and runs around on the rooftops in ninja gear shooting angry political commentary down at all the asshole politicians who took advantage of her for years. (Yes, I know now that the actual female Messenger we se at the end of the show is not Cho Seon, I DON'T CARE, IT IS ALWAYS CHO SEON TO ME, except unlike the girl we see at the end she wouldn't need her grammar corrected.) And then while she's lurking around writing furious graffiti on the Minister of War's lawn she bumps into Hyo-Eun who thinks she is the most DASHING thing, and Cho Seun initially is coldly resolved to use her in her quest for political reform, and then starts to feel guilty about taking advantage for her and then of course they fall in love. :D :D :D (There are already two great Cho Seon/Hyo-Eun fics in existence from that magical year in 2012 when diva-viva wrote for me and innerbrat wrote for her, but I want more, I always want more!)
EDITED BECAUSE I FORGOT TO ADD GEUN DUK. Geun Duk is Cho Seun's newly-recruited assistant. He is very excited to be involved in a revolutionary endeavor that is helmed by a woman who has stated repeatedly that she has no interest in ever being involved with a man again! Geun Duk is eagerly looking forward to his rom-com free life, and, as always, this is Geun Duk's tragedy.
