Overhaul :) Famous for fixing up failing colonies, terraforming planets for Empire use, and ruling his own settlements to boot.

First gained public interest after brutally removing the fins of a political rival at the start of both their careers. The rival in question, one Divaan Finian, quit the rat race before ever getting a foothold, retiring to the countryside in disgrace.

He's doing pretty great now, actually, but not nearly as great as Overhaul, who was rocketed into notoriety by the simultaneous brutality and mercy in the act. Maiming another seadweller so terribly, yet leaving a rival fuchsia alive? That's sure to get people talking.

And he LOVES to be talked about. Also loves to be seen. Loves pretty much everything to do with himself, really.

But who wouldn't love that smile?

Like I said, he's actually doing pretty great. He thinks getting knocked out of the running for all that Fleet nonsense was probably the best thing that ever happened to him. He lives on a little ranch with a young fella he half sorta raised and he's very content to be Just Some Dude

aforementioned little fella (also designed by Newt) is Albora "Bodie" Bombyx, who runs a sort of independent build-a-bear business using sewing skills they acquired working for a countess in their youth :] also quite happy with life.

I'll probably tweak their blood color to be closer to my legal shades but. Still a mutant, what with the wings and all. They're pragmatic though. They figured out how to survive.
