"I'm only a little bit too short!" She retorted idly.
“It appears to me you are quite short. Therefore you are. Too short.”
Light dragging Summer along to try out all the different human clothing stores.
Summer rumbles lightly--she wasn’t a fan of clothing stores but she was going to allow Light to have her fun. Indulge in the world of Assiah and it’s glorious splendor.
And it was really fucking cute, too.
(The Void) Cuddles Summer.
@divina-ayla
Summer had been sleeping a dreamless rest. Though this amount of inky blackness was strangely familiar to the chimera. Her very existence had started out in this mannerism. An air that felt like water–yet not. This feeling was…Familiar to Summer. A familiar abyss.
Arms wrapped around Summer, and she was held in a close embrace to a cool body. Summer, instinctively, reached out to grasp the Nothningess that provided comfort in an otherwise confusing encounter. It was warm, despite the cold, and it was something she missed.
Yet, just as consciousness began to comprehend the familiar form with those prismatic yet void eyes–Summer awoke. Disoriented, her brown eyes glanced to and fro, finding the familiar yet young world she’d been thrown into. The two, tiny children curled to her large form, one in each arm. A small toddler of purple hair, and another with bright blue.
“….Light…?”
Her head finally rest against the ground once more. What was even Time? It felt like just yesterday she had first met Light amongst the void by a mere happenstance. Yet it felt like an eon that the faded Light had given Summer these two children. Both of which had traits of Light within them. And with them came a young world. It was still…So confusing. How did she get thrown into the beginning of everything? Before Time. Before the Baal… Was this even her world? Things were so confusing…
“…I promise I will take care of these two. You can trust me.”
Went the voice into the nothingness of dead air. The purple haired toddler stirred, but only to cuddle closer to the chimera’s bosom. She held the sleeping forms to her, as though fearful of their departure. Beings had developed, what she would consider to be angels and demons. Summer was scared–terrified beyond belief that these entities would take their respective parts away.
These very faint traces of Light.
They would take them away from her. Summer knew it.
Soon, she would be alone–left to wander creation as time properly played itself out.
Time was something that could not be completely halted–only delayed in an infinite amount of times.
But what happened when infinity ran out?
A liquid warmth began to fall from Summer’s eyes, silvery tears falling down her cheeks as the realization broke the Chimera’s heart. These children would leave her. These pieces of Light. She’d seen it in dreams. They would war and fight like opposites should. And Summer would be a neutral border, unable to take a side between children she loved individually.
“Light….I’m so sorry…”

@divina-ayla honestly? Such a great OC here too. Rather OCs. I’ve RPed with all of them and you’re honestly my best friend by this point. :> Ya mean the world to me, dear, and don’t let the hate crush you because you’re worth so much. The amount of work you put into your background and even making your own icons? Excellent. Keep up the good work!
She groaned a bit at this. "You make it sound like I'd leave a mess."
“If there’s one thing I have learned, it is that eyes are everywhere.” She commented with rumble, blinking softly.
"That never stopped me before." At this she gave one paw a good wash.
“If you hurt people, it falls back on me.” Summer rumbled, tail flicking from side to side.
"But Summer, chewing on them also satisfies my aggression to how they treat you."
Summer gave a soft shake of her head. “Violence does not resolve violence. Besides. I’ve been treated worse by far better--my own mother figure included.”
"I'd still much rather chew on the anons."
“Then you can do without chewing at all.” Waved the Chimera dismissively.
