Group 1 The Past- how have past events shaped your current situation, what beliefs are you still holding onto?
Your past is haunting you, memories keep replaying in your mind, you left something behind, a belief system, or habit that was hindering your personal growth. You realised even though you loved this, it did not serve you anymore, you were attached to this belief and based your whole persona around it.
