What is divination?

Divination is the art/practice of attempting to gain insight or information into the past/future or a situation/question by using spiritual/occult means. This can be via things like Ouija boards, Tarot cards, Angel/Oracle cards and Rune stones.

Divination is often times used to help the user get advice ascertaining to problems they face in their life or alternatively a lot of witches/pagans who suffer from anxiety/depression will use divination to get reassurance/comfort. A lot of people who aren’t too familiar with divination will just think that it is used for fortune telling so that you can see events/information relating to the future however that is just a minor part of divination

There are a lot of different ways that people practice divination and each differs in that they all have different benefits and downsides and knowing these will allow you to choose the correct form of divination for what you need.
