all wrong - it was all wrong : and yet nothing had ever felt so right. it was her hair that caught his attention at first , red , like a fire rolling in waves of sunlight. rebellious and free. her physical features were next , tiny and graceful , radiating a soft and supple allure that ensnared him in a whole other way. lost , mesmerized by her dancing curls : he’d fallen in toe , following closely and silent behind her. that was when the scent of her floral perfume washed over him , capturing his attention entirely. he was all hers now . . . and she was going to be his. he’d taken a few broader steps around her , ensuring his path was directly in front of her , a ploy to get to speak to her - somehow. ideas were flitting through his mind , all a total cliche , but all did the job just fine.
breath inhaled to turn around and ask her for directions when the tiny frame of this angel bumped right into him. a sign from the god’s no doubt. hands shot out immediately to hold her upright , but she’d dropped to the ground. a smirk curled amused tiers , tongue sweeping out between top and bottom , before he too dropped to mimic her actions : snatching a piece of artwork as soon as golden hues landed on it. momentarily ignoring her question , gaze still fixated on the parchment before him , this was very impressive indeed. ❛ you drew this ? ❜ he asked after a few moments of silence , gaze now settling upon her.
those emerald hues were like an angel’s looking right back at him. sight now scanned the paper she handed him with the address scribbled on it. head nods , smile growing , still holding onto her portrait , he pointed toward a large building in front of them. ❛ just `round that corner. are there gonna be more of these there ? i can take you , if you’ll allow me , that is , stranger danger and all . . . ❜
