“You needn’t thank me, it is the very least that I can offer,” he answered, gesturing towards the empty room. Despite his best efforts, he knew that the roads far from kind as of late, monsters roaming about testing the skill and endurance of any who travelled them.
“It seems as though the road has been less than kind to you, and I fear I cannot promise that your journey will be much better from here on out. The monsters have been particularly active as of late.” That was saying nothing of the bandits that decided to take advantage of the chaos.
Grabs the coat and runs!!
And she’s off! Of course, the guy can’t do a thing but grin. Should he chase after her? Ah, nah. They say birds are always quick to find their way home. They’ve done it before, they’ll do it again.
( HC + home )
you come into my house-
There’s no doubt where home is, to Noctis. Home is Insomnia- the Crown City, the upper-end high-rise apartment, the spacious, daunting throne room where his father bid him safe travels. Insomnia has been all he’s ever really known, outside of Tenebrae, and that was hardly a home. Home is where he is surrounded by loved ones- friends, family, people that he has known since infancy that, while not friends, were always there for him. Home is...
Well, gone now. Right now, the only home he knows is a campfire and camaradarie. That will have to do until his homecoming...
( the biggest!! eyes!!! june is such a complex character over the course of the games, i'm so excited to see your blog and i would love to figure out some kind of plot with you in casey's modern verse or in a 3h verse! )
You feel familiar somehow I think we’ve known each other ? But aside from that thanks so much. I really have pored a lot into her with the time I spent on her original blog, same url, now an archive, and you’ll see a lot of her head-canons transferred here. It’s hard to imagine how to fit someone like June into the game with her full might, so watering it down will be tricky for me ! But I’m sure I can figure something out. I’d be happy to discuss that with you too . You’ll mostly find me on Claude, but I’m more than happy to be here also . Gotta have one powerful female muse !
❝ i’ll make sure nothing bad happens to you. ❞
“Casey...” Yuri was caught by suprise when she said that he wasn’t expecting that, “I’m not a little kid you know.” He chuckle a bit and smiled a bit. “But thanks I appreciate it.”
33: Concept of home and family?

Gods. Nana was someone who had once built up a family and they’d shared a home that was their own. Nana, Ryouichi, and their son Kotaro had been a typical, model family; not perfect but they compromised, they made things work, and they loved each other enough to hold it all together. It was family and home both.
All for One shattered it all in one fell swoop.
Nana and Ryouichi always had some tension between them because of the dangerous profession Nana had chosen; and he knew about her taking on One for All, adding more anxiety to fuel that tension. They’d never settled it fully between them when Ryouichi was murdered; and AFO made it very clear that it had been intended as a message to Nana herself.
After that, she had made the decision that it had been selfish of her to have longed to put one foot in both worlds; as both a protector of OFA and to have a normal, happy family life. She’d put her family into danger and they’d paid the price for it. After giving up Kotaro, Nana turned to try and put her full efforts into her duty as a successor.
It was hard. She lived with her partner Sorahiko, had taken in a boy about Kotaro’s age that would eventually become her own heir, but she never dared allow herself to think of them as family.
Watching Toshinori grow up was a complicated emotional process for the former-mother; filled with so much pride and care, yet also a bitter reminder of what could have been.
" I thought I was going to change the world. "
❛ Yeah, same here. ❜ another one bites the dust, looks like he wasn’t the only one that wanted to change something drastically on this planet. ❛ It’s harder to change the world than people think, effort and time we don’t have. Takes a lot, but you can’t change it complaining. ❜ @divinecannon
