This isn't about a Canon relationship, but there's enough subtext to say they have feelings for each other.

There's this Manga called Nana. And there's these two. Nana and Hachi.

In the manga, Hachi gets together with two men. Nobuo and Takumi. Neither were good for her.

Fans will say Nobuo was the best option, but he only put her on a pedestal that she could only fall off of. This was so bad that another character had to remind him that women are people too. Hachi has her own desires as well.

Thr other man, Takumi, wasn't really interested in her but was interested in possessing her like an object. Hence why he cheated a lot with his bandmate.

This is important. I think Nana is like both of these men. She wants to possess Hachi, not because she wants her around. But because she wants her to give her love. Like something to possess like Takumi.

Could it work between them? Probably. Due to their own undressed individual issues, they wouldn't be completely satisfied with each other. And down the line, Nana might cheat with a fan.

It makes sense, considering she tends to run when things get hard. Long tours. Along with fans throwing themselves at her.
