KULT: Divinity Lost (official Cover Art) by Bastien Lecouffe Deharme (Deharme on DeviantArt)
Our good friends at Helmgast have knocked it out of the park with their newest KULT: Divinity Lost crowdfunder: Dark Realms and Other Horrors. Some of our frequent freelancers (and in-house dev Matthew Dawkins) worked on this latest book! Support the campaign at:
Two new sourcebooks and two new scenario collections for KULT: Divinity Lost, the award-winning tabletop horror RPG.
Divinity lost
I think, out of all the guesses we’ve gotten for this story, this might be my favorite?
It’s not close to the actual title, but it’s such a good name for a Supernatural story, especially with their focus on the angelic side of things in the latter half of the series. Though we don’t have many angels appearing in Brothers Apart (yet!), I love the idea of Divinity Lost as a concept.
Thanks for the guess!
Intense playtesting
We in team Kult together with friends are now spending a week close to Westeros (or Västerås) playtesting the Kult-Rules. We are isolated in the Swedish countryside so if you don’t hear from us after a week or so send help! We are probably the victims of local inbreeds, trapped in a purgatory or assassinated by house Lannister.

Here is some more old concept art. The idea of creating a Nepharite in the style of a goddess. A queen of Inferno with many devices to bring pain and terror. /Petter
KULT:DIVINITY LOST CONCEPT ART
This piece is very special to me. First of all I am quite happy with it, secondly Clive Barker himself posted this image on his facebook and spoke about it in very kind words. That meant a lot to me since I am a long time Clive Barker fan. /Petter
Tonight Lustmord is flowing from my speakers. /Petter
An update
It has been a busy time for us, the creators of Kult, since the game was announced. We have had several emails from people wanting to freelance as artists and writers and we feel very humbled since many of these people are professionals from the RPG industry or diehard fans that knows Kult inside and out. Right now we are handling all these requests as speedily as we can.
Other than that we are of course working on the game. The rule system is being polished by Robin and we are in creative discussions how the creatures/monsters and abominations should be portrayed.
I have finished a large rewrite and update of the Archons and Death Angels so that they feel more contemporary and these texts are awaiting critique/input from my colleagues. As well as governing a team of artists that have started to create illustrations for the game.
So things are moving and it is indeed exciting times.
