Here is a great scene from the movie “The Cell” that has a Kult vibe to it.

Playing “The Cat Lady” a game that truly is Kult in many ways. From grotesque murders, dark cities, secrets, mental institutions to dream worlds and purgatories.
And “Death is only the beginning” is a phrase that could describe this indie horror game in one sentence. So if you are into indie games and point and click adventures check it out. You can find it both on Steam and on Gog.

I wish we could make our artwork moving... but still. Nice inspiration.

Intense playtesting
We in team Kult together with friends are now spending a week close to Westeros (or Västerås) playtesting the Kult-Rules. We are isolated in the Swedish countryside so if you don’t hear from us after a week or so send help! We are probably the victims of local inbreeds, trapped in a purgatory or assassinated by house Lannister.

And tonight we are playing Sopor Aeternus
Here is some more old concept art. The idea of creating a Nepharite in the style of a goddess. A queen of Inferno with many devices to bring pain and terror. /Petter
Artists
We have had great luck in our search of talented artists to work on this project.
Soon we will show you some of their creations.

Writing about Inferno and listening to Christopher Young's masterpiece. The soundtrack from Hellbound, Hellraiser II.
KULT:DIVINITY LOST CONCEPT ART
This piece is very special to me. First of all I am quite happy with it, secondly Clive Barker himself posted this image on his facebook and spoke about it in very kind words. That meant a lot to me since I am a long time Clive Barker fan. /Petter
Check out this fierce and awesome Tarot deck inspired by Kult. Submitted by Sasha Laskowsky. http://neopren.tumblr.com/image/117184365896
Real life nepharites! Extreme body modifications, suspensions, skewering and nailing things into each others skulls.
Not for those with a light heart. NSFW and extremely violent.
Fan Art!
This delightful portrayal of Hareb-Serap is by Juan Carlos Ochoa.

Kult Fan Art by Lars Krantz
Lars is a talented comic artist from Sweden and here are some of his art from his own comic book. He claims to have drawn inspiration from Kult and we love the dark, twisted images he has created. /Petter

An update
It has been a busy time for us, the creators of Kult, since the game was announced. We have had several emails from people wanting to freelance as artists and writers and we feel very humbled since many of these people are professionals from the RPG industry or diehard fans that knows Kult inside and out. Right now we are handling all these requests as speedily as we can.
Other than that we are of course working on the game. The rule system is being polished by Robin and we are in creative discussions how the creatures/monsters and abominations should be portrayed.
I have finished a large rewrite and update of the Archons and Death Angels so that they feel more contemporary and these texts are awaiting critique/input from my colleagues. As well as governing a team of artists that have started to create illustrations for the game.
So things are moving and it is indeed exciting times.

Another monster concept I made for Kult. Inspired by the anime Wicked City and the bizarre ideas of the Vagina dentata.

When it comes to personal purgatories Hellrasier Inferno can be a great inspiration. Besides Hellraiser and Hellbound: Hellraiser II I think that this is my favorite in the franchise. If you haven’t seen it. Give it a look. /Petter
