“Serena, I have something to tell you.” He knows she’s not going to be happy with his decision (and hell, neither were his parents), but after weeks of deliberating, he’s sure it’s the right one. He’s been sure ever since he woke up in the hospital, on the verge of death, still determined to finish what he’d started. “Okay, I know you’re going to get angry with me, but I’ve got to do this.” A pause, as he surveys her reaction. “I’m going to go back to racing.”

@divinymph​ gets a starter from Aurelia

All she sees is red. Aurelia. Princess no more. A Queen but at what ungodly cost? The retreat from Dutania had been painful for her. How the anger of The First Order could so easily radiate -- destroy worlds and end lives. How she’d barely escaped with her own. She is a queen of nothing now, but a Queen none the less. 

Her ship had been damaged greatly. Barely making it to the planet where Aurelia had only heard whispers of the rebellion occupying. Yet somehow with persistence and anger, she has come out of the foliage of the unforgiving planet to find exactly what she had been looking for. The Rebellion.

It was as if her body knew it had done it’s job the moment she met eyes with the woman named General Leia, before she suddenly didn’t have the strength anymore. Everything going black.

She woke in the med bay, eyes searching for a face that wasn’t of the droid sort until they landed upon her. Aurelia could feel her in the force, knew something was entirely peculiar about her.

“My name is Queen Aurelia of Dutania and I need to speak with General Leia immediately.”
