A girl with a flower in her hair approached Vinny mid-hunt, face painted to resemble a bird. Her face seemed distracted, but her body was keeping up with the motions of the kill pretty well.
“Woah. Cool paint. Did you know that India actually contains half the world’s population of tigers?” Dixie said, proudly.
“On second thought, that’s- that’s a weird thing to say.” The girl before you shrank down visibly, smiling apologetically for bothering you. She began to turn around, awkwardly.

[He quickly snapped out of his quite frankly very flimsy focus when he heard her voice, suddenly very interested.]
“Wait, actually I didn’t know that. I knew there were lots but not a whole HALF! That’s so cool! And, uh, thanks…”
[He swayed in place as he spoke, a little smile on his face.]
“Your face-paint’s also very cool!”
