At the launch, I had the chance to roll, cut, and shape the Deerioca myself—a hands-on experience that deepened my admiration for the artistry behind authentic Taiwanese bubble tea.

Made with highland-harvested Tiaan tea leaves, this drink balances sweet and tangy notes with passion fruit juice and fruity bits. Served with coconut jelly, tapioca pearls, and passion fruit seeds, this drink is customisable and made guilt-free with zero-calorie sugar syrup.

I was pleasantly surprised by how the aromatic black tea flavour shone through in this soft serve. It's a must-try for serious bubble tea lovers.
Remember the Deerioca pearls I made earlier? They were the perfect toppings for this delightful dessert. Despite being a little uneven in size and shape, they were surprisingly delicious!
