I have so far helped 2 people access T, and one person (offline) access E. I am confident in my ability to do both.
I am working on researching different birth control brands to also use this to help people access birth control. So far I mainly know progestin-only brands as that is that I have to use myself. If you need birth control please tell me a specific brand so I can look it up for you.
How do I safely get my blood tested while doing HRT? And can I do it through mail in some way?
So if you’re in the US I *personally* recommend Request a Test, you order your labs and have it sent to a Labcorp of QuestDirect place.
Just note that the Testosterone Total test, QuestDirect will ONLY do it for cis men.

Someone i know is planning on getting and taking estrogen without consulting a doctor and it's making my anxiety spiral. Is there anything we need to know beforehand? Am i overreacting being scared?

So, DIY should be a last resort sort of thing. I recommend anyone trying to use the Informed Consent Map first.
But, if you can’t do that feasibly, then research is incredibly important, talking to other trans people, I also recommend they check the DIY HRT Wiki
