On a more cheerful note, I made a wreath for the first time and I'm pretty pleased with how it turned out. I keep seeing this style listed for ~$50 online, but I don't have the cash to justify spending that much on decor, so I figured I would try and make one instead! Probably cost me ~$10 to make total, with some leftover supplies to make another one easily. Steps to make : Grabbed some cardboard from the recyling bin at work, free hand drew a horse head and cut it out with am extacto knife, reinforced the back with popsicle sticks so it had some structure, hot glued the garland on in strips, hot glued the halter as 3 separate ribbons, glued on some bows to jazz it up. Overall quite sastified, gonna give this one to my mom as an early Christmas present, gonna make another one for myself and then one for the barn holiday party.
