VOID GEAR! IS DONE!

I am so insanely happy with how this turned out, you would not believe me. Putting on the chains at the end was an actual pain, because they just would not hold and I didn't have the best glue to put them on either, but it's done now, and I'm just.

It's so pretty!

ALSO! If anyone wants to make one for themselves!

You can find the pattern I used there, the pages are for A4 format, which is like the typical german paper size. (about 30 cm x 21 cm). I made the blade from a 3 cm thick insulation board (I think that's the right word) and the chains are plastic chains I bought somewhere.

Also, if you have any questions regarding this, if you want to make one yourself and get stuck somewhere, I'd be happy to help! (Same goes for other Keyblades I made before! :D )

I am finally done with Braveheart!!!

I'm really happy with how this turned out, especially since it was a lot of fun to work on this thing, too. (Disregarding the times I was ready to rip my hair out because I realized I'd missed something or got something else wrong...)

The colours aren't quite accurate to the games, but I took some artistic liberties because I didn't want to make the hilt blue. So it's silver now.

Also, would anyone be interested in some kind of tutorial or something on how I made this? Been thinking about making one and was wondering if anyone even wants something like that.

I am finally done with the papier mâché! And it took fucking ages.

Just for reference: I started a Bungo Stray Dogs rewatch when I started with the papier mâché, so I'd have something in the background to watch while working. Which is five seasons and a movie, which amounts to around 22 hours, and doing the papier mâché took longer than that.

It has been done!

As predicted, the tiny holes were a pain, but once I figured out I could saw them instead of cutting them out it worked much better.

Now the real fun starts though, because I have to figure out the varying thickness of this thing. Wish me luck.

So I just put Braveheart next to the Kingdom Key, just for fun to see what it looked like, and holy shit, Braveheart is so much bigger. God damn.

On another note, it does have the length of an actual two handed sword though, so take that as you will, I suppose.

(Also just. That Keyblade looks so ridiculous next to an actual sword, holy shit XD )

Things are progressing smoothely, details are being added, and i bought three meters of plastic chain that will hopefully be enough to wrap the blade in it.
