These Homemade Oreo Cookies are a tasty treat that you can easily make at home. The rich cocoa-flavored cookies filled with sweet powdered sugar filling will take you back to your childhood and leave you wanting more.
Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar. 1 large egg. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup powdered sugar for filling.
Instructions: Warm your oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet. Mix the cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, and flour together in a medium-sized bowl using a whisk. Melt the butter and mix it with the white sugar and brown sugar in a different large bowl until the mixture is light and fluffy. Mix the egg and vanilla extract into the butter mixture by beating it in well. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix them together until a dough forms. Roll the dough into small balls that are about an inch across. Place the balls on the baking sheet that has been prepared. Press down on each dough ball with your hand or the bottom of a glass. After the oven is hot, bake the cookies for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are just beginning to get firm. After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way down. After the cookies have cooled all the way down, put about a teaspoon of powdered sugar on the flat side of one and then put another cookie between them. Carefully press the two cookies together to make the filling spread out. Do this again with the rest of the cookies. These Oreo cookies you made yourself are now ready to eat!

Using rubber stamps and food-safe ink pads, decorate cookies to perfection. This recipe includes step-by-step instructions for creating delectable and customizable treats for a variety of occasions.
Ingredients: 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 cup unsalted butter, softened. 3/4 cup granulated sugar. 1 large egg. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Rubber stamps of your choice. Food-safe ink pads.
Instructions: In a bowl, whisk together the flour and salt. In a separate large bowl, cream the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a dough forms. Divide the dough into two equal portions and shape each into a disk. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and line baking sheets with parchment paper. Roll out one portion of the chilled dough on a floured surface to about 1/4-inch thickness. Press rubber stamps onto the dough to create decorative impressions. Use food-safe ink pads to ink the stamps before each press. Cut out the stamped dough using cookie cutters of your choice and transfer the shapes to the prepared baking sheets. Gently re-roll the scraps and repeat the stamping and cutting process. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Once the cookies are completely cool, you can add additional decorative details using food-safe markers or icing. Repeat the rolling, stamping, and baking process with the second portion of dough. Store the decorated cookies in an airtight container to maintain freshness.
