Welcome Back, Tumblr.
Since twitter appears to be dying, let’s get back to my first social media love.
Hello Tumblr, it’s been a while.
I’m Andrew. I’m a writer, a site reliability engineer, a web developer, an award winning filmmaker (technically), an actor, a podcaster, a makerspacer, a toy maker, and ... other things! I run a coffee shop, a record label, a makerspace, a radio station, and an independent television network.
I spend most of my time on Mastodon, but I've always loved Tumblr.
So I'm going to pop back in, and see if I can work tumblr back in to my regular social media habits in the place that twitter used to occupy.
Expect me to talk about DIY Media, Weird/Small technology, Music, Old computers, media preservation, and politics, when I talk about anything.
Our 100th #theflowartistspodcast livestream is now available on podcast.flowartists.com (link in bio) Spotify or your favorite podcast app. 🌱 We felt a bit more vulnerable sharing this one since usually we focus on a guest rather than ourselves - plus we had thoughts and feelings about many aspects of the yoga world! 🌿 We really appreciate the support and feedback we’ve received and it’s very heartwarming to hear that listening to our concerns and dilemmas has helped many listeners feel less alone and find hope for the future!! 🍃 We also share about future directions of the podcast - we’re branching out to speak to a more diverse range of people doing inspiring things!! . . . #yogapodcast #diymedia #yogateacherlife #yogateachersofinstagram #socialjustice #gardenofyoga #darebinbusiness #melbournelovesyoga #yogamelbourne #melbourneyoga (at The Flow Artists Podcast) https://www.instagram.com/p/COMMnoyjBHF/?igshid=1tcga4h6zxupo

Alan Moore collaborating with the Gorillaz, and more
Mustard interviews Alan Moore about his new magazine Dodgem Logic and he reveals that he is doing the libretto for their next opera and they will hopefully be contributing a few pages to the magazine:
Then the issue after that we’ve hopefully got Gorillaz onboard. They came down to Northampton last week because we’re planning for me to do the libretto on their next opera project. Being an opportunist, I of course asked them if they’d be prepared to contribute some pages to Dodgem Logic. Rather than just doing an interview with them, I thought it would be interesting to hand over a few pages for them to curate.

Update: Moore now says this has been overblown.
