Wow, that's bull. Don't let them get you down! Use this to motivate youself to work on your confidence so next year you can strut into your eval and be like "WHO'S CONFIDENT NOW BITCHES??" and get the full raise you deserve. <3

16: Talk about the best party you've ever been to. Oh god just my friend Megan's parties in general. I've been to 3, and I got REALLY drunk at the 2nd and that was the best ever. Poor Cait got SO MANY drunk texts and I kissed way too many people and ended up in a stockade. And tried to sing karaoke. Hell of a good time.
24:Talk about something someone told you that meant a lot. I have been told that my confidence in my own body image has made other people feel better. That means so much to me- I hate that we live in a world that demonizes our bodies so much. I want everyone to embrace and love their skin and everything underneath it. You're all beautiful. Turn your body into the temple you want. Also, when people tell me that my writing inspired them to pick up a pen and write- that just gets me so hard. I love it, because I think we all need to have some sort of creative form of expression.
33:Talk about what you do when you are sad. I play really sad music. I play music that makes me feel like 100 times worse, until I am ready to feel better. I'm a pretty happy person, so the few times that I'm sad I try to just let it happen for a minute, let it run its course. Usually after a few songs I'm ready to get on over it and I play music I like, I talk to people, I look at anything that makes me laugh. But usually I take a few minutes to just let it happen, because it's a normal emotion and it reminds me how damn good I feel most of the time c:
