hi I'm thinking about sharing my novel progress on Tumblr and I have been revamping the Tumblr I made literally years ago for it but I was wondering:

It's a fantasy book taking place in a fictional world with three different protags who are different ages, races, and places in their lives. It's steampunk-esque fantasy with a found family and three diverging storylines that converge at the end.

I think one of my favorite things about Teen Titans: Trouble In Tokyo is how seriously it takes its goofiness, and how, somehow, despite being so goofy, it's easy for the audience to take seriously enough to be invested and??? is honestly kinda emotional.

Like on one hand you have Beast Boy being accosted by a pink catgirl literally named Nya-Nya, and on the other hand you have Robin covered in blood and being arrested for brutally murdering a man in front of the entire city. Also there's something about corrupting yourself with dark magic to get better at drawing. Which, I mean, relatable, but—
