Writing this down because no one needs to see how much I cried after finishing the final workout of this program. I can't believe I had the endurance, motivation, and drive to finish 100 workouts. It may have taken 25 more days compared to the 100 day workout calendar outlined, but I still did it! Was every workout perfect? No. Did I get in my head and give up on some of the moves? Yes. But as the program progressed, so did I. I upped my weights, increased my reps, and improved my balance and flexibility. I don't hate yoga anymore, and I understand the importance of stretching. I love lifting weights, and love cardio even more. I am so proud of myself for making it through this program and so thankful I had a group of ladies pushing me along the way. Now I am going to do the same program, but plan on doing the doubles calendar this time around to push myself even more!
