yeah, i totally get that. and like, logically, i know that i’ve come really far and i’m a lot better than i used to be, so i know i am getting better, it’s just hard to maintain perspective when i feel like i don’t have any proof of it, y’know?
i’m also just like... generally impatient with my emotions. like okay, i was upset over this thing for an hour, can i be done now? and this is just that multiplied by 1000, so it’s not really surprising lol. thanks though <3
