Not a request but a really silly thing I've had stuck in my head;

DJ Yellow's at the store and texts Student about if he wants him to pick up anything while he's still at work. Student tells him to grab some chicken for dinner later tonight. Hours later Student comes home and finds that, instead of regular raw or fried chicken, Deej went and bought a huge pack of frozen dinosaur shaped chicken nuggets.

When I make a colored sketch my thought process is basically “okay, I’m getting down a quick idea and throwing on a splash of color, no lineart, backgrounds or much shading” but somehow this colored sketch turned into a day-long project that I really ended up committing to. :,)

As you could probably tell I’ve been really excited to post this. I’ve been dealing with a lot in a month that already bears some bad memories, but pouring myself into this fic was a nice bit of respite and gave me some much needed comfort. I love these boys so much and they’re such an absolutely perfect match for each other, it just makes my gay lil heart go AAA to see them happy together ;;

Here it is here it comes... a small slice of life piece that grew way too big on me. Most of my thoughts are in the actual work notes on what I’ve been thinking of and motivation/confidence wise what I’m feeling and grappling with when it came to writing this but I nevertheless hope you enjoy some pure wholesome content of a day with the DJs. Any feedback or comments are really appreciated and it makes my day to hear what you guys think!! <3

(Sometimes it makes me nervous how many hits this collection has... 200+ hits makes me nervous sometimes with the stupid and honestly pretty baseless paranoia that my writing is infamous somewhere in the fandom or something for being weird. I don’t know why I think like that. Maybe too much time in much more toxic fandom spaces. ^^,)

Hey guys! So, I ended up deleting all my individual DJ fics on AO3 because I didn’t want so much of mine on the RH tag there—I felt really bad about spamming it, and considering I had no plans to end the series yet I needed to do something about it.

This is what I was working on in AO3! I’d been working all night on transferring the DJ fics to a big story compilation, it just took a while but it’s done now. So whenever I add a DJ story I’ll just post the new chapter instead! I wanted somewhere better to contain it all because like I said, I feel really bad for spamming the tag and I had to wrangle things in. So for all your DJshipping needs, here’s the full compilation fic and I’ll post when updates happen!
