idk initially the plan was that it/its was reserved for Extremely Special Friends And Loved Ones hence why quinn is really the only character who uses it/its for alex, whereas the others use he/him

n idk if it's bc I also almost exclusively post about alex using it/its or just I've written a lot of Alex From Quinn's POV but like

he/him just does not Vibe

idk what else DOES vibe though

n tbh I still like the detail of it/its being, like. something alex reserves for only specific people if they've Earned It and it considers them an extremely trusted dear friend

and I do REALLY like the detail at the end that however-many-years-later epilogue nat also refers to alex with it/its implying this is Allowed now. which is just really good for the heart

BUT ALSO HE/IT DOESN'T VIBE

so I'm considering somethingelse/it but idk what the somethingelse would be. but also like fuck man it'd be so nice just to it/its the whole way through for alex tbh
