19 Culpepper House / Séline’s Appartment - One bathroom, an open kitchen/dining room/living room, one bedroom plus a spare room, that is not furnished, hidden behind the dining room cabinets that you could use as a study or as another bedroom and a balcony that is not furnished as it goes with the hidden room that I'm not using.

I have all the expansion pack, game pack, stuff pack but I don’t know wich one I used exactly except I know for sure that I used Parenthood and some custom content.

You should probably use bb.moveobjects on before placing the lot.

First things first, I used Appliances Anywhere and All Door Fix Override.

For the whole apartment I used this Classic Wall (greyscale neutrals / blue purple / yellow green) for the floor I used this Basketball Flooring de-shinified (custom floor with original swatches) and this Bubble Tiles for the kitchen and bathroom and lastly I used this light spot from the Léon Set.

For the kitchen I only used this recolor of one of the microwaves, you don’t really need it.

For the bathroom I used my recolor of the counter from Parenthood, this shower shelf, this showertub and this painting.

For the bedroom I used the bedframe and double mattress from this set, this rug, this end table and this table lamp.

For the study area, I used this bookcase, this light, these books, this folder and this small picture.

And lastly but not least, for the dining room and living room areas I used the sofa and loveseat from this set, this armchair, I added this painting, this planter and this “legged” plant.

figuring out how to do the lace on this set was almost my final straw, but here it is!! the blush and lace set by babyetears converted to the sims 3!

this set is gorgeous, but it gave me so. so. many issues! there's a small amount of clipping around the arms on larger sims, but nothing that you would notice in gameplay!
