Complete resources for language learning, online for free if you don’t mind a slight (and after using it awhile, I do think it’s slight) emphasis on military vocabulary. Everything is both written and audio.
Basic Skills: Headstart - pick Modern Standard Arabic. Starts with the Alphabet. Good practice activities. Requires you create an account, but it tracks your progress.
Advanced Skills: GLOSS is a mega library of lessons around dialogues in MSA, Egyptian, Gulf, Iraqi, Levantine, Sudanese, and Yemeni Arabic. I’ll review this soon, it’s my main source of study materials right now. No account to create, but it also can’t track your progress. Phone Conversations has ~200 recordings EACH in Egyptian, Iraqi, and Levantine dialects. These are truly advanced, at natural speed for native speakers, and with no transcripts.
Deployment: Rapport is basic spoken phrases (MSA and Iraqi only), makes you create an account. Language Survival Kits are basic vocabulary lists. These would be good after you finish Headstart or just want to speak, not write.
