(I literally just started brainstorming while drawing this so things aren’t set in stone- take everything with a grain of salt 🤏)

-detey bc ofcccccc -> Hero x villain

-Petey is still a super villain, but he focuses more on stealing than just general shenanigans.

-Identity: It’s called the devil, while in civilian form he’s Dr. Petey, a well respected but not well known inventor. You’d have to be a real nerd in science to know abt him. That’s because most inventions he made are evil (oooooohhh) and he doesn’t publish those findings to the public :)

-Personality: Even much more flamboyant than Original Petey, he’s very (very) performative.

+ Aside from the signature suit (In the drawing), the man has OUTFITS. And somehow he can run/fight in every single one of ‘em.

+ His favourite colour is red! Cus I said so.

+ He’s strategic. Acts more stoopid and annoying like a classic villain, but he plans everything. How’s he able to steal so much while being so loud about it?

-Others: Pearls are a signature of his. People think the one clipped to his ear is from an artefact he stole, because he seems to prioritise protecting it when in fight, but it’s actually made of plastic. It’s from his mama. It’s a small piece from a necklace of hers. Petey keeps the rest intact at base, but one is brought out for luck <3
