Working on the scenes for the Gum Tree. We used finely crafted paper cut outs by Daniel and a semi transparent screen backlit by two lamps. Most scenes took at least two to three takes to get right. Working with rigid figures the movement is crucial and you need to be patient. We spent some time out of class finishing of the frames will tie it all together on Wednesday.We are pleased with the outcome given the time frame. the gum introduced as a vehicle of trust and true love and the gum tree a symbol of union even though the peice of gum is small it carrys significant value as a token as love.
