Notice that Ren's bad end is less gory than it originally was, and that there isn't really any light on Aoba's face. Also, his face expression is different, and he losses the scratches across his eyes.

Notice that in Clear's bad end, Aoba loses the chain around his neck, he no longer bares a blindfold to hide his empty eyesockets, only his bangs. Also, Aoba is now wearing what looks like a robe, and Clear is no longer bitting his wrist.
