You cannot imagine how strongly I feel about Civil, he really is the embodiment of my soul. I, too, live in a marred, corrupted world that keeps declining day by day. For a 2000s soul like me, it is pure suffering to just keep going. I wish I could escape this world for one that is more fantastical and magical instead of this one. I simply do not belong here.

5+ years into therapy ... a few things that it simply cannot change about my mental illness ...

To the conventional human, my brain is broken.

My personality shifts are not always under my control no matter how many pills I take

I get snapped in and out of reality when my brain shifts, me, myself and I go into lockdown, I don't remember anything when one of the others take over

I have 7 personalities in my head, me and 6 others, they are part of me and I am part of them.

In a way I can communicate with the others

They most certainly look like me, but they do not talk and act the same way I do

They have differing morals and values from my own

Every day I learn more about my own mental illness and what I deal with

Not my DMPD putting me in an embarassing situation again ... couldn't possibly be me.

How in ther blue blazes do I explain that I have NO MEMORY whatsoever of what happened, that it was literally a different person.
